Your building

Its architecture, materials and existing interior set the direction for colours, finishes and the overall design.

02

Your community

Who uses the building, when they arrive and how they spend their day help shape the balance of coffee, fresh food and snacks.

03

Your space

The proposed location, visibility, access and circulation guide how the concept integrates with the lobby.

Commercial arrangements

Partnership options
explained.

Discuss your building
How does a fixed concession work?

A monthly or annual fee is agreed for the concession. The location, scope, responsibilities and operating arrangements are discussed alongside the commercial terms.

What is a blended arrangement?

A fixed contribution is combined with a revenue share. The basis for reporting, the respective responsibilities and the commercial terms are agreed before launch.

What would an initial pilot establish?

A defined trial provides an opportunity to understand demand and the fit with your building before considering a longer commitment. Its duration, scope and review approach are agreed together.

How is the menu tailored?

The building community and its routines inform the selection of coffee, fresh sandwiches, salads and snacks. Final choices depend on the agreed concept, suppliers and equipment.

What needs to be agreed before opening?

The location, operating hours, equipment and services, access, water and waste arrangements, and the relevant building and authority approvals all form part of the launch discussion.
